1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
3/4 Cup Water
1 TBSP Cinnamon
* Add Peaches, Banana's or even Veggies
Also I love Debbie Travis Biography, even if you dont have kids its a light, humorous book about balancing life as a woman.
